I guess I'm lucky where I worked. I wouldn't want to work hourly unless you could pay me the same wage I make flatrate and that aint gonna happen. Young guys are still knocking it out of the park. My painter friend made 6 figures last year. Good body guys are making 70,000. with some perks and health insurance. My business made forty dollars this year. LOL
