Best thing about smart TV is doing everything with a single remote. The Sony blue ray player included remote that has never had batteries installed.
High speed cable internet isn't available here so best we can get is ATT uverse. It does wifi and everything else including this laptop is on wifi but ATT tech guy said video streams much better in a wire, and all modems give priority to the cables. So the modem sits beneath the wall mounted TV with ethernet cable from modem to TV. The only thing that lags my video is the house phone. It uses the same uverse modem which must give the highest priority to that wire.
