Amen to that, brother. A while back, there was a used car lot with a rough and rusty 68 Barracuda FB with a 383. The guy said it was numbers matching. He wanted $28,000. He said they are worth $50-60K when restored. I told him the problem was that his car was rough and it was $40-50K away from being done. Add that to the purchase price, and you'd have $70K in it.
