Nice deal, So what I heard was for @ every 1 notchback they made 4 fastbacks or so. Made only 154 , 383/4speed coupes in 68. How many of them are left ?
Here is the question on fastback vs coupe, which is more desirable, not which is the rarer. For example I have a 62 Lancer rare as hen's teeth, but few people car to own that car.
For what little I see of auctions, muscle car prices are down, especially hemi cars. Resto rod 60's 1/2 ton Chevy pickups are way up! Go figure. Like mentioned above, the market is a roller coaster ride.
I say IF you can do your own work and it be worthy of BJ prices, and you have that desire to do so, restore it 100 % and take it there. It will bring more $ there than anywhere. Right?
