Condenser drain hose

Hey FABO! I need some help. I have a '73 Dart Swinger with factory a/c. I am in need of both components for the condenser drain. I have the piece from the heater/air box to the firewall but it is in dire straits. I do not have the other part that attaches in the engine compartment. I have not been able to find anything on these and know that someone here will probably have the answers. Thanks all, Chris
