a Big shout out to Summit (after wheel vintiques screwed me over) and Tire Rack - literally got my tires in less than 24hrs from order!!

15x6 steelies with 215/65 Radial TA's front.
15x8 steelies with 275/60 radial TA's rear.
NOS dog dish cap set from ebay and new Dorman lugs all around!

we'll do. Im going for that that certain look. Im real happy thus far with where its headed.

Good looking stuff, I'm trying to find the exact same setup for mine. What year/model are these going on? What is the backspace on the rims?

Have fun defiling the pavement with those.

Another thumbs up for Tire rack. I ordered a pair of BFGTA's online one fine Monday morning and they were delivered to my mailbox in Washington at lunchtime on Wednesday. Best I could do in Canada that time was 1 tire available in Kelowna BC (4 hours away) and a 2nd in Winnipeg.

Nice little shrine, by the way!!

halfafish,
71 demon. ill probably need to massage/trim back the rear inner fender lips to be safe, but all research Ive done says its GTG

Tire rack is great to deal with, when I need a tire it is at my house in 2 days.

If you bought the rims at Summit I would have also bought the tires there.
They will mount and balance for free.
Pick up the phone and call Summit, most of the time they will give a small discount and throw the lug nuts in.
Online orders just get shipped.

They ain't on yet? What's wrong with you? lol

Mind sharing backspace for rear wheels?

Pics as promised for those that were interested.
Clearance on the rears to the superstock leaf springs is 'close' my guess is less than 1/4"
I have not rolled the outter fender. By finger test, both sides appear to just make it as is..
I may add 3/16" spacers (if the lugs will allow it), and trim up the outter lip just to gain some comfort level. The staggered size does give the car more rake, front end had not settlesd when I took these pics.View attachment 1715332712
Fronts could not fit better and I think they fit both wheelwells exceptionally nice.

Love it !!!! Looks amazing!! I love the steel wheel look. I'm going that direction also. Trading out my rallies for steelies.

Looks great...I'm begging you...Do not roll or cut the fenders on that car !!!!!!! That is so Joe Dirt. Leave it as is.
If you think you are going to hit, adjust tire size.
