Hey guys,
I tried searching for this and all Im finding is for 68 which Ive heard are SO numbers. The VIN on dash and title match radiator support. Ive heard that there is another in the trunk somewhere?
Btw, my car is not numbers matching, this is just out of curiousity really.

On a 69 look under the weather strip on the drivers side trunk lip.

look on middle of trunk weather seal rail on driver side. could be under seal

Under trunk seal as said above. May have to clean off adhesive pretty good to see it.

Would there be one stamped on the package tray by the drivers speaker cut out, as on the Duster/Demons?
A suggestion and a question, as I am not sure if it applies to a '69 mopar...someone with more knowledge of the year(s) they stamped by speaker hole may prove me wrong :thankyou:

If it's the car in your avatar, I wouldn't rip up a new trunk seal to find out unless you have serious suspicions that someone before you did a switcheroo. You can feel under the rail inside the trunk to see where it is, and you may even be able to lay on your back in the trunk and see if you can actually read it upside down and backwards!

Thanks for the quick replies!
Yes, it is the car in the avatar. And no, I will not be removing the trunk seal....lol.
I did as suggested and laid down in the trunk and read it upside down and backwards. It matches so thats good news.
I just wasnt sure where it was OR if there were any more locations. As I said, its not a numbers matching drivetrain, but its nice to have them match on the body I guess.
Thanks again guys!

Those are the only locations on your car.

At one point I had two 1970 Darts here, one built in Windsor & the other one built in LA. The Windsor car had the rail stamp on the drivers side & the LA car had it on the passenger side.

Sport roof A-bodies like Dusters & Demons have the rear number in the package tray sheet metal.
