Help With Paint Color?

I am looking at a Duster for sale on Ebay, and the seller has described the color as Hemi Orange, and the car looks to be orange in the photos. I have attached a photo of the body tag and the paint code is FE5, which I believe is Rally Red? Can you help me determine which color is the factory color, or would have been the factory color, on this car?

That tag is stating it is a FE5 color. Over at mymopar, it tells you what code is what and can decode tag MyMopar - Mopar Forums & Information - 1969-1974 Mopar Fender Tag Decoder

FE5 is the Rallye Red
EV2 is the Tor-Red or Hemi orange
