Wiper motor swap

From what I have found out the offset bushing is for the 3-speed/varible motor and the black one is for the 2-speed motors. I ordered a crank arm and offset bushing from eBay of a approxamite total $45. From my conversations with Kim at passion4mopars and Layson"s it sounds like it should work with my existing linkage. I should have the parts by the end of the week and be able to test it before installing the dash.
