Any value to this old, vintage, hand cart? & How old?

Furniture / Yard Art ? All good ideas ! Me I would fix and use the darn thing !!!
I can see, bare blocks, heads, Tranz and all kinds of good Ol' Mopar parts being moved around my shop with that tool .
They just don't make em like that anymore. Sure wish it was mine !!!
