Turning back the clock

small detail on the oil pan. No need for a dipstick. P.I.A. to work around and no worry about adding oil, just change....often, I asked Mark (fabricator) to fill the point / indent on the pan where the dip stick enters and I will fill the hole in the block with silicone. Drain (plug at rear) and add 8 qts, the level comes right to the bottom of the square opening in the baffle, 2" under the block rail.
