Red Headed Stepchild-75 Swinger LSX Swap
Ordered the injector adaptor orings that allow me to use the 60lb injectors in my ls7 style intake. Those will be here in a few days. I also received the 2010 Corvette ECM that will allow me to run the 3 bar speed density tune for boost. So after the injector orings come in ill be putting them and the new 60lb injectors in along with the corvetter ECM and we will get back to the tune.
I also got my power steering fitting in the mail and installed it and the powersteering fitting in.
I also got my intake piping back from Bay city classics where he welded the 3/8 npt bung in for the Intake air temp sensor, that way the computer doesn't think its negative 40 outside.
I got the relay wired in for the ignition switch as well. Mine is one of the switches that has that drop off in voltage between the brown and blue wire going from run to crank and then back to run. Its very quick drop but its significant enough to kill power to the ecm and not allow it fire up the car properly. So having the relay in there allows me to not have to use a push button and has enough residual 12v power to allow me to start and shut the car off properly. I just tied the blue/brown 12v run and crank power wires from the bulkhead connector at the firewall together and used them to trigger the relay allowing the 12v battery hot to fire the car.
Fingers crossed ill have some driving videos/car show pictures/videos this weekend. Depends on how crazy hot it is here.
