Finally getting to it!!! 1970 Duster 340

Finally took care of the last electrical gremlin this weekend. I could not get my radio to play when I plugged it into the main harness. The radio worked when hooked up to a 12v source. It was not a ground issue. Rather than tearing the harness apart to find the problem, I made my own radio harness from a spare connector off of the original fuse box. I ran my radio wiring into the accessory slot on the new fuse box. I then spliced the orange radio wire into the orange wire on the instrument cluster. Radio now works and the light dims with the headlight switch.
I'm scheduled to have the windshield and back glass installed on Friday. I've been working on polishing the stainless trim. It's dirty, tedious work but things are coming along. So far, I haven't sent any trim flying across my shop.......thank God!.
