Sure there is, here's what you have to do: cut out your inner quarter window bulkhead and remove your headliner. Probably have to graft the upper roof drip rail metal to your car (to hold the weather stripping) after you reshape it to fit your window configuration, you'll then have to weld in inner quarter bulkheads from a hardtop and adapt all the sissor lift components from the hardtop.
The glass won't be the same so you'll have to find a glass shop to design and cut glass for you. You'll ned to cut and modify the door jamb to accept the window track which you'll have to splice from some rear window track car. The hardtops don't have window tracks so you'll be in the scrounge mode. And then you have to hope the scissor lift mechanism will provide the correct travel for the window.
You might be able to gut everything from a two door post 55 Chevy and use that stuff if you can find a doaner car, but then it wouldn't be MOPAR at all. I'll do it for you without any guarantee for $30K because I'm a nice guy.
