These are bright stainless, I was able to get the blade assembly detached from the arm, so that helped to see what I need. Going to my nearest NAPA today to see what they can do. I will update what I find out.

I'm sure you can find a functional blade assembly.
Finding an Anco double claw push button has become more difficult.
For refills, the old ANCO number started with 6, the later Anco replacements were 12-nominal length, and Trico's replacements something like LP-length.
The blade assemblies I don't know. I've seen some called push pin, others red dot, something called Turtleback....
