Where did you find s forecast fo 2.5 weeks out? They are lucky to hit it right for 2.5 days. Anything that far away is likely based on history/averages not actual forecasting.

NSSL computer model.they can predict up to a month out however, the accuracy and confidence are below 10 percent at this stage
