Stop in for a cup of coffee

Lots of rain overnight,cool and clear this morning.
A dodge suv was dropped off last night. It has a knock.
Trans was replaced at a dealer and they claim it isnt the issue. Sure sounds like a loose torque convertor to me. If i prove it is a loose convertor,i will give dealer a couple options. One of them being a court case.
