What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

Installed new antenna on my car that I got at Carlisle last week. Don't even have a radio in the car. Also installed rear package tray w/padding and a new original style wood knob on the Hurst shifter. All thanks to Carlisle. 100 degree day and I was sweating bullets. Still had a smile on my face the entire time. What do you guys use for insulation/noise reduction under your carpet. I'm getting close to installing my interior.
