Metal To Metal Squeak

I don't know anything about Ford but I made the mistake during my first suspension rebuild of tightening the upper control arm before dropping the car off the jack. Once the car was dropped to the ground, it twisted the rubber inside the control arm bushings and only took a month or two before they started squeaking. I found out they were the issue by spraying soapy water on them and bounced the car up and down. Wound up having to replace them.
