Now i sold my 408 and going to build a stroked 400-512, with brodix B1 heads, PG, will also getting it on 300 shot of gas, have no experience with gas shot, anyone have links or helpfull tricks and tips?

Use a timer for the NOS, don't make the mistake of making the mixture too rich! Call the manufacturer tech line often with your questions...
