Brainstorming Ideas for 400-450 hp 360 Build

If I’m building a new street motor to run on pump gas, I’m not going to “chose” to not build a motor with decent quench.

If I have a pile of stuff sitting on the shelf I wanna use up, then it is what it is.
For the sake of 'these days' or 'anymore...' thats all thats out there, closed chambers and flat tops. So to me... thats a given. Now a Pile of stuff or core motor... which? or like me... a couple extra ported sets of heads and the desire to keep very stealth apperence ... Not that my world doesnt revolve around stealth.
I cant disagree with you, just diesect a little.
diff for everyone, is why.
Got to be careful though because cheaper AM heads that 'could' need extra work 'Edelbrock deal'.. where you're taking brand new heads at fifteen hundred + bucks are running $400 worth of machine work to fix them up , 'sometimes more for those picky about the valve job'. In short form ...how much do you want to spend on 425 horsepower? see..
do we need a 1500 - 1800 dollar set of heads? Or does it need a 500 dollar set with 400 in some port work.
Does it matter, nope..

We just love our own way or the path we're most familiar with.... but it aint the only way......'to generalize it'.
