3 hole spool style Hemi mount

Yep, those are the A-body spool mounts. They bolt on exactly how you're thinking. If you want absolutely bolt in no fab, then, no A/C and a remote oil filter are in your future. There is a thread where someone was using a slant 6 K member, then fabbing up mounts. Supposedly, it makes room for A/C, haven't seen anything on the filter. Would be nice for people to follow up on the " this is how we did it" stuff.
