Stop in for a cup of coffee

My builder wants to meet soon about lift location in the shop as he has to dig the reinforced pads. I've thought about clearance for fully open passenger door, pulling axles etc. I've come up with about 5 feet, any thoughts or other things to consider? Shop width is 40 feet, two 12 foot doors.
