I like the goggles for PPE as some of the stuff can get under or around the standard safety glasses....

I once got a metal chip in my eye while porting some heads when I was 19 and it took the doctor a while to find it... I had to point it out to him... I found it after he left the room and had to try to hold my eyeball still until he came back and show him...

Then he put some drops in my eye to dampen my reflex to blink while he dug it out with a needle... It gave me such a bad headache that I went home and slept the rest of the day and I saw him in the early afternoon... Now I try to be more careful and wear eye protection so that doesn't happen again...
