Yep, I down loaded instructions on my hooker super comps fender well headers and they say to put them on after engine is in, should be an easy morning, need to look at a picture of motor mounts and make sure I get that on right, front of to the back of the mounting ears, thinking it goes to the front and it sends the engine farther back

If you put all of the motor mount bolts in from the front with the shafts facing rearward, then put/slide the motor mount ears over the shaft/stud part from the rear it's much easier... That's how the factory did it...
