I'm searching for a 340 6 pack intake manifold for my 71 Demon 340 project. Looking for either an original one part #3418681
Edelbrock part #3418682 (LD6B)
Mopar Performance #P4529054

Please let me know what you have and how much shipped to 71291

Thanks

How much are you looking to spend? Just curious what you consider a "stupid" amount of money. The problem is they stopped making them so people are holding on to them. Maybe they will cast some more but who knows.
I myself will buy a couple if they make more.

I'm willing to pay some for one. But I had a guy offer one to me for 2,500. That guy is smoking crack lol

I have one, it's a Chrysler 3418681. It is grimy, but overall it's in good shape. I found it when I was debating going SB or BB and grabbed it as I knew they were hard to find. I then rat-holed it for future use. I have since decided to go BB so I could be persuaded to part with it.

I just pulled it out for a good look. The intake surfaces are not warped or marred. With one minor exception, all the bolt holes look good with good threads. I knew it had what looks like one 2" weld repair on it, but this didn't bother me as it would be out of sight under the center carb, and I'm not a pristine restoration kind of guy. If a part works well, I can live with it. If I really wanted to clean up the weld, I think it could be trimmed down so it looked stock, then stippled to match the rest of the intake surface. Here are some photos. I can only send so many in a post, so I'll show the two boo-boo's next.

Here are the two non-pristine areas.

The first is a hole that by all appearances got stripped out by a PO, then re-tapped off center. It could be run as-is, or if it bothers you it could be filled and drilled/tapped back on-center.

Here is the weld repair, at the front edge of the center carb base, just above the part number.

If you are interested in this, send me a PM.

Not in your wildest dreams. But it never hurts to ask. Good luck on your mission. To do them correctly as in my Pictures. With the correct Air Cleaner. Your in the $2800 to $3000 range.

New vs Used? I'd go new and not have a worry.
They made a lil over 5000 of them EVER!!! Don't pass up a new one. Eat peanut butter & jelly. Buy the new one.
