What width rear end for Duster Street Strip stance?
Hey guys after months and months of searching II picke up a 71 duster slant six automatic. This is my first real Mopar project so I have a lot to learn. My plan is to make it a Street strip car with a 8.75 rear end with a 904 and probably a built 360 for a motor. I really like the way the duster look with the meats in the back and skinnies in the front and thats how I want to get this sitting. I looked up different rear ends and noticed there are variouswidth 8.75s so I'm wondering what width rear end would be ideal to get Drag stance. Any thoughts, suggestions or anyone selling any 8.75 would be appreciated.
