HELP, rear end sagging bad trying to get ready for drag week
Yes agree that the lower short leaf is split in 2 at the center bolt. I blew up the photo of the Driver's side leaf, looks like there is a faint up and down crack on that lower leaf between the U Bolts.
Same thing happened to this 67 Dart, both sides that short leaf was split in half. Put the so called Big Block lower short leaf in the stack (3/8" thick). It gave the car a 2" Lift and still rides nice, not too stiff like the new Super Stock Springs can be.
