September 23rd first day of fall. You guys should be all tested and tuned ready to get this summer race done. Couple more shake down runs and load on the trailers boys or drive them whichever you prefer. Us spectators are getting anxious.

I know it’s all for fun, and enjoy all the commentary. The Title says “2019 summer race” after all. After following 146 pages, I wouldn’t care if they took a few shots of whiskey, spun around in circles, and took off in a dead sprint wearing flip flops. A race is a race.

I'll drive mine, no trailer needed. Difference is, I could have raced when I posted this thread last Nov. Jaba, though, his car(s) are in pieces. He is making progression, there will be a race. We are communicating and talking on the phone quite often. I know he has a lot of irons in the fire, and I'll say he isn't as young as I am

you are going to get more than a race, you'll probably end up with races - plural. Jaba and I have talked of different scenarios and different "this vs that" type of line ups. My wife will video them, and we'll post them.

Also I plan on having the bucket seats re-covered this winter hopefully and I've already talked to a guy is going to do it for me and I told him I want special caretaking the seats apart because I have the friend who wants the material? I am talking the Spirit of 76 buckets.. I really think there's significant amounts of the Red White and Blue material that still usable...
