After market pulleys..
I have ran the stock V groove style pullies with no issues. I haven't noticed any belt slip.
Then I decided to go with an aluminum V groove pulley setup from CVF Racing, strictly for appearance, nice shiny aluminum. :) They worked good and looked good.
On my other engine, I decided to go with March Performance 6 groove serpentine pulleys just for the look again, I like the look of the thicker serpentine belt. Again, I noticed no belt slipping or mis-alignment. They seemed to do the trick like all the others.
I noticed that CVF now has an 8 rib pulley system, which I think looks neat. Maybe I'll try that out one day. However, I do like the look of that cogged belt system you posted. Another possibility.
