Rust Bros on netflix

Finally watched an episode. Same old story. Rush to sell so you can pay bills. That dart was a real **** box. Decent looking from a distance but when they came close it was ****.

Should have built the 340 dart sitting next to it.

I like that show. I will be watching all the episodes. As a backyard guy I can relate more to them than most of the high-end productions out there with the false crisis and drama and unlimited budgets.
At lease with these guys the crisis and drama are real and not staged. I wouldn't mind going up there if it is a real place.

You kidding. It's on TV. The crisis and drama is totally staged.

I get my reality kicks on Youtube:

ColdWarMotors
Vice Grip Garage
FuelinjectionSucks

and the absolute wildest build you will see: Bad Obsession Motorsports project binki.

Got a chance to meet these guys at a show in Abbotsford, British Columbia. They a just a couple of regular guys. They are easy to talk to and just as funny in person as they are on the show. Mike told me he wanted to sell his property and created a you tube video of the property. It went viral. He was contacted by numerous producers to do a TV show.

I watched the first season and could not get enough, except that very hoarse voice that Mike has was making me cringe. It'a a little funny, they never mention all the money they bring in for having it being filmed and posted on the internet to watch. I would think that would be enough to pay the bills and make up for the mistakes they make during their restorations. But the money the receive for the builds is a little on the generous side, along with the speed on how quickly the vehicles are sold. And they call that a dry climate? Looks like a lot of mud and snow to me.

The other guy there looks like Ron Jeremy’s twin.
