Stop in for a cup of coffee

Been waiting almost two weeks for some tools. Bought it on Amazon, good morning by the way. It said it would come from the east coast, and yesterday evening I checked the tracking to see when it was coming. Oh, you refused to accept the package, so we are sending it back to England. No message, no one ringing the doorbell, no nothing, and it was supposed to have been here on Monday. It was tried to be delivered two times on Monday, 1 hour apart. And it says refused both times. If I refused it the first time, why did they come back to ask one hour later. Something is fishy here. Was sent by i-Parcel, which is UPS.
Sent them a note last night, so now they are looking into it. I don't know, maybe it required my signature but then again, no one rang the door bell at that time on Monday, around supper time. And if I had not been home, wouldn't it be normal with a package from England to leave a note saying that there is a package for you, you need to come to our office and sign for it, before sending it back. It was on it't way already a little after midnight the same evening they tried to deliver it.
How on earth is it possible to be that brain damaged, they must have only one brain cell, and it must sit in a wheel chair. I was so upset last night it took me a while to fall asleep.
