Stop in for a cup of coffee

Happy Monday to the crew! We canned and dehydrated all day yesterday. Still three more buckets of apples to go. Only added 1/4 cup of sugar per crock pot this year on applesauce. Apples were yummy. We pick right before they ripen so as to beat the bees to them. Bees are smart they don’t come in till the sugar develops in the apples. We leave plenty on the ground so bees still get some!
