Stop in for a cup of coffee

My wife has talked about joining something called Weight watchers. How do you know you are 300 calories under what you burn. I mean, hm,... I understand the 300 calories. But, how do you find that other figure ?

Last I was on the scale I was 292. I started walking on our treadmill, but then I got so sore under my left heel that I could barely walk, so I have not been walking on it for a while. And shortly after I started walking my blood pressure started dropping, without my loosing any weight yet. Now it is sort of a bit bad again.

A year ago, I went to a Wellness center where they ran a battery of tests, including a BodPod test and a resting metobollic test. We then calculated the bare minimum calories I burn just laying down, figured out how to plan my meals to meet within a certain number of those, including cutting pop out. I can eat whatever i want on this diet, as long as I count my calories.
