I have my own weight loss theory... Its called The Eat - **** Diet. Weigh yourself before you eat...then weigh yourself after ya ****....if ya dont **** out more than you eat your gonna gain weight. **** out more than ya eat and loose wieght!!!! Going on the road with this one!!! Make millions!!!

Laugh now, but thats how I managed my weight in high school for varsity wrestling. I had it down to the tenth of a pound for things like peeing and such. gross but it works
