I was running a rig like this, in an operational condition :lol:, on a job in San Diego. It can be driven from the operator's seat on the crane. I was walking a big load of rebar for the rod busters to another site. Heavy load :eek:. Boom retracted but straight up to keep the weight close. 3 iron workers minding the load on foot. "Watch for any overhead lines!" I tell them. I felt something a little funny on the rig and down came the only telephone cable for a mile :BangHead:. They never made a sound or hand gesture :BangHead:
