Well you have a good ignition it seems, a Pertronix upgrade. Easy deal to hook up, red to coil plus and black to coil negative.

A more full pic of the dizzy would help some to determine, but likely as described.

There are some rules to follow with the ballast etc, you may consider searching Pertronix II for more info to aid you in the requirements for good results! Post some better pics as many of use these conversions! Me for sure but I use the Flamethrower III unit.
