BTW if you have a chin up bar you can use gravity to realign. I hang and twist a little with my knees up and it all pops back into place. Maybe it will work for you.
I have used that gravity trick before but this time it isn’t working. I have also tried every other twist, turn and hang method I know. I have been dealing with these back issues for nearly 40 years and know that I just need to keep doing every trick until it finally gives up and releases.
Keep moving and it will find its way back...eventually.
