I am also rebuilding a TQ-a 6139S. I’m new @ these carbs so I bought the SA how to book on Carter/Edelbrocks. I’m using a Walkerkit #15543. It is missing the round rubber gasket for the idle compensator valve. In fact, the parts breakdown in the rebuild kit does not even show the idle compensator valve. Fortunately the diagram in the SA book does show it: part #58 in the picture on page 133. The idle compensator valve has the numbers 32329 stamped on it. Also, I destroyed the leather bladder seal on the accelerator pump(plunger assembly) while trying to remove it to install the new one that came in the kit. The new one doesn’t seem to have a large enough OD to seal properly in the bore. Anyone ever run into either of these problems? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks, Tom
