74 with front drum brakes - confusing options

thanks for your help.
i went with the original part number to three different part stores and everyone was basically useless. even the guys i normally go to that all drive and wrench on older cars tried to pull it up in their system and they said just order it from the states, which is why i gotta go with rockauto.
i did find something on the NAPA canada site, but at 150 bucks I will wait a few days for it to come in the mail for less than half the price.

my main question is whether or not the 73 parts are the same as the 74....which mikebee confirmed.
