AlV 69 Dodge GTS project

Thank you so much for the photos and information. I have my glass removed now. Instead of removing the stud for the adjustment I simply lifted my vent window frame straight up and off the stud. This allowed the adjustment to stay in the proper location without disturbing it. I just finished painting my door jambs and inside door panel. I ordered all new rubber seals, cat whiskers (a.k.a. beltline seals, door felt, window scrapers, etc.) and plugs for both doors. While everything is torn apart, I'm replacing 50 year old parts with new stuff.

If anyone else removes their glass, be careful of the light blue plastic connector at the bottom of the window. There is a secret to removing it without it breaking into small pieces. I learned the hard way how to remove it because it broke. Thankfully I came across a vendor who sells the factory replacements.
