Weight loss and perseverance
Keep going Ddaddy.
I am now down to 217 now. 28 lb loss might not seem like much. But I been keeping at it. Will have to punch another hole in my belt too. I feel great. Learning to take baby steps. Just keeping at another 5 pounds less as a goal. It's really hard for me to think of a bigger number that seems less attainable. So once I hit 215, then I will set my sights on 210. And so on. Not buying new pants yet until I'm finished losing what I am going to lose. Thanks for the inspiration.
