I never use impact,just dont trust myself. Seeing as the preload was gone before i touched it and this being the 3rd round i want to be close. Sneak up on it so to speak.
Ya Joel has done so many. He tightens, feels it for play and drag and gives it another blip if needed. He's the go to guy when the other dealers can't get a noise out.
