New 1964 owner with many questions

Thank you guys, I have a stupid question, my Dart doesn’t have any cable to pop the hood and I have no idea what was original set up. To open the hood I have to reach in from the outside. If anyone has pictures of how it’s supposed to be, I would appreciate it! Thank you
