They put it in the water and ran it around. When the locking hook was reattached it just closed and didnt lock the got them up on the air 40-50 feet and as they were about to get out weight shifted hook let loose and the boat fell to the water. Didnt have thier safety belts on and from that height you hit terminal velocity fast.
