Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good evening good folks.

I have something I wonder about, it's about light bulbs. Again, but this time it is different. I have discovered something,a I assume this is common knowledge to all Americans, but not to a Norwegian.
The 7 inch round headlamp for example, it seems to have several numbers. Like 60** whatever. What is the difference here ? Did they change the bulb number just for the sake of it, or ?
I wish someone could shed some light over this.

Mattax seems to be knowledgeable in that area, he might be able to shed some light(pun intended).

But if I had to guess, it’s probably stuff down at the technical level, like wattage, amperage draw etc. I could possible even see beam pattern or glass/lens thickness. It’s rare for a company to have the exact same item with more than 1 part id number without some sort of reasoning, whether it’s a factory ID thing or a tech spec thing. For example, when I worked for Cummins, they had over 100,000 turbocharger kit part numbers for the HX35 series turbo used 5.9 6B. Mostly due to turbo compressor housing orientation. Which was funny because all you have to do to change the orientation is remove a snap ring, rotate to the desired location, then put snap ring back in.
