So I'm looking for a new dist and came across the blueprint pro billet. So what is the quality of this compared to some of the other "Billet" distributors out there. My other choice at this point is an MSD. Does this come with the timing advance kit? Esp a 14 deg? Anyone use them that can provide feedback. I'm looking to go mechanical advance and ditch vacuum.

Gotta watch some of these MSD knock off Chinese distributors. I bought one of the TSP MSD lookalikes and couldn't figure out why my timing was all over the place. Turns out that end of the distributor that fits into the cam gear slot had such a sloppy fit that it allowed about 10 degrees of timing variation. It was the same price as the one you're looking at and I wouldn't be surprised if they were made by the same manufacturer and just put in a different box. I wound up buying a MSD and haven't had any problems since. I have found out that sometimes you get what you pay for.

Hey fellas, coulda just asked me :)
They are very similar to an MSD. Even take interchangeable parts. I run one of these in my 10 second drag car. No issues at all. They do come with springs, bushings, wiring harness.

We sell a ton of them. I love how they have a solid billet base. Vs a plastic one.

Any other questions let me know

Hey Johnny just trying to find out if others have used them, when I searched in different areas there isn’t anyone that have posted about them. I have 2 kids in college and can’t afford to buy stuff twice. I’m looking for a quality piece that’s affordable. I’m eventually looking to go 10s myself. Any Black Friday sales?

I had the same issue. Sloppy fit in the distributor drive gear. I folded a shim of stainless steel to make a saddle for the distributor to fit into.

I have sold bunches, and I don't think I have warrantied any. Knock on wood. They are higher quality than the cast cheapies. Imo. I have 2 in my mopars. With sniper efi systems, believe it or not, these even sometimes work better than the "branded" ones.

I'm not sure if we are doing anything for black Friday. You pretty close to pulling the trigger?
