That is concerning for sure. So you bolted it on a LA and the ports don't line up properly?
How you see the offset at the ports?, can't really look down the runners on a dual plane.

so far off it was pulling oil from the valley into the cylinders from a small gap at the bottom.
Put an Eddy Airgap on it and it fits and functions perfectly.
