Random areas will slow down to 10 MPH or less for anywhere from 10 min to hours.

Used to be anywhere between 535 and just North of downtown.
Now it's anywhere from Osceola Co to all the way through Orange Co.
Better budget an extra 45 min and be aware of all the possible exits if you see brake lights.

At least in Tampa, you know exactly where it's going to be.
