How do you transfer the pics? When I take pics with my phone I send them to Facebook messenger, chat I have with myself there. And then I save it to the harddisk. But, I do not have Windows 10, I use 8.1, and then I have a shell so it looks like Windows XP, lol.
Used to just plug in phone via a usb cable, then follow prompts on Laptop asking if you want to import pictures. Now same process freezes up App, program, have to restart......
